The Awareness of the Present Moment

We live in a time in which technology distracts us and hinders a direct experience with life; we experience an excessive use of social networks to deal with the past and its memories, its traumas and joy, or a future designed in the mind of each individual, which will hardly correspond to reality.

Our human experiences develop in the present moment. Doubtlessly, our lives can only be transformed here and now through a process, but stages of this process are experienced at each moment. Being aware of this, and accepting these realities, can help us remove veils from our consciousnesses and open ourselves to the learning experience of each moment, relatively detached and less conditioned by situations of the past, or limited by expectations of the future.

In the lecture entitled "The Awareness of the Present Moment and our Inner Reality,"  we developed this subject in more detail, and there we can find keys and impulses to simplify and deepen our relationship with the life that each one of us is willing to live.
